Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall marketing team, including Product Management, Marketing Communication, Graphic Design, Training, and CRM
- Define and drive product strategy, category management, and go-to-market plans across assigned product groups
- Oversee product assortment, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management to maximize sales and profitability
- Analyze sales performance, gross margin, inventory turnover, and SKU productivity to optimize portfolio mix
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, including trade marketing, promotions, and brand communication
- Plan and control marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and strong return on investment
- Coordinate with overseas and local suppliers on product planning, commercial terms, and market alignment
- Lead market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy to identify growth opportunities
- Drive dealer expansion and ensure strong in-store execution across channels
- Support sales team through product training, commercial tools, and marketing materials
- Ensure consistency of brand image and communication across all channels
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management to drive sustainable business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 8–12 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, or Commercial roles
- Experience in power tools, industrial equipment, hardware, or related industry is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in pricing, product strategy, and sales-driven marketing
- Experience in managing multi-functional teams (Product, Marcom, CRM, etc.)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
