Responsibilities
- วางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามความก้าวหน้างานโครงการก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามแบบแปลน ข้อกำหนด และสัญญาจ้างของหน่วยงานราชการ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ (เจ้าของโครงการ / ผู้ควบคุมงาน) เพื่อรายงานความคืบหน้าและแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน
- ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติแบบก่อสร้าง (Shop Drawing), แบบแก้ไข (As-built) และเอกสารเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ควบคุมงบประมาณโครงการ ต้นทุนวัสดุ และค่าใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ควบคุมคุณภาพงานก่อสร้าง (Quality Control) และความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน (Safety Control)
- บริหารจัดการทีมงานและผู้รับเหมาช่วงให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้าประจำสัปดาห์/เดือน และส่งให้ผู้อำนวยการโครงการ
- สนับสนุนการตรวจรับงานจากหน่วยงานราชการ และจัดเตรียมเอกสารส่งมอบงานโครงการ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมงานก่อสร้างโครงการภาครัฐอย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (ภาคีวิศวกร)
- มีความรู้ในระบบงานก่อสร้างถนน สะพาน และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel ได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการและผู้รับเหมา
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและรับผิดชอบต่องานสูง
