Responsibilities
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบใบวางบิล ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี และใบเสร็จรับเงินให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน รวมถึงตรวจสอบข้อมูลการขายก่อนส่งให้ลูกค้า และจัดเก็บเอกสารอย่างเป็นระบบ
- ติดตามและตรวจสอบการชำระเงินให้เป็นไปตามเครดิต แจ้งเตือนและติดตามหนี้ค้าง พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บันทึกและตัดชำระรายการรับเงิน ตรวจสอบยอดลูกหนี้ให้ตรงกับข้อมูล และกระทบยอดบัญชีกับ GL พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบและแก้ไขความผิดปกติของรายการให้ถูกต้อง
- จัดทำและสรุปรายงานลูกหนี้คงค้าง วิเคราะห์อายุหนี้ สถานะการชำระ และความเสี่ยงเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย คลังสินค้า และลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับเครดิต การส่งมอบ เอกสาร และยอดชำระ พร้อมสนับสนุนการปิดงบบัญชี
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบัญชีลูกหนี้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชี (ERP) รวมถึง Excel หรือ Google Sheets ได้
- เข้าใจเอกสารบัญชี เช่น ใบวางบิล ใบกำกับภาษี ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
