Responsibilities
- กำหนดวิสัยทัศน์และทิศทางของ After-Sales Service ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายธุรกิจระยะ 3–5 ปี
- วิเคราะห์และวางแผนแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงระบบที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า ทั้งในระยะสั้น (Quick Win) และระยะยาว (Transformation)
- ผลักดัน Service Revenue Strategy ผ่าน PM Contract, Spare Parts, และ Service Package ให้มีสัดส่วนรายได้ที่เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- กำกับดูแลการให้บริการหลังการขายครบวงจร ตั้งแต่ Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Repair, Technical Support ไปจนถึง Customer Escalation
- ออกแบบและบังคับใช้ SOP, Service Standard และ Quality Control Framework ให้ครบทุก Touchpoint ของลูกค้า
- บริหาร KPI หลักด้านบริการ เช่น Response Time, First-Time Fix Rate, Customer Satisfaction Score และ Machine Downtime
- บริหารจัดการ Spare Parts Planning และ Inventory ให้มีความพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลาโดยไม่เกิด Excess Stock
- บริหารและพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมงานที่หลากหลาย ทั้ง Service Manager, ช่างเทคนิค, Admin และ Call Center ให้ทำงานเป็นระบบเดียวกัน
- ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ารายสำคัญ (Key Account) โดยเฉพาะในกรณี Escalation หรือ Service Recovery ระดับสูง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical หรือสาขาใกล้เคียง)
- ประสบการณ์รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 15 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์ระดับ Senior Manager ขึ้นไปในงานบริการหลังการขายหรือ Technical Service Operations อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
