Responsibilities
1. วางแผน ควบคุม และตรวจสอบกระบวนการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน ประจำไตรมาส และประจำปี ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และทันตามกำหนดเวลา
2. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสมุดบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป (General Ledger) และดำเนินการกระทบยอดบัญชีสำคัญ (Account Reconciliation) รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ความเคลื่อนไหวของ P&L และ Balance Sheet เพื่อรับรองความถูกต้องและความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลทางการเงิน
3. กำกับดูแลและตรวจสอบการทำงานของทีมเจ้าหนี้ (AP) ในเรื่องความถูกต้องของการบันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย การจ่ายเงิน และการควบคุมวงเงิน
4. ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการจัดทำ จัดเตรียม และการยื่นภาษีทุกประเภท (เช่น ภ.พ.30, ภ.ง.ด.1, 3, 53, 50, 51) ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามกฎหมายสรรพากร รวมถึงวางแผนภาษี (Tax Planning) เพื่อบริหารภาระภาษีของบริษัทอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
5. จัดทำและตรวจสอบงบการเงิน (Financial Statements) รวมถึงรายงานทางการเงินเชิงวิเคราะห์ เพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานภายนอก
6. วิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุง และพัฒนาขั้นตอนการทำงาน (Workflow) ภายในทีมบัญชี เพื่ออุดรอยรั่ว เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และรองรับการขยายตัวของธุรกิจ
7. ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก (External Auditors) กรมสรรพากร และหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การตรวจสอบและส่งมอบเอกสารเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
8. บริหารและควบคุมสินทรัพย์ถาวร (Fixed Assets) ให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง ทั้งการลงทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน การคิดค่าเสื่อมราคา และการตรวจนับสินทรัพย์ประจำปี
9. จัดทำรายงาน Cash Flow Forecast และรายงานเปรียบเทียบ Actual vs Budget เพื่อติดตามสภาพคล่องและสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
10. กำหนด ทบทวน และบังคับใช้ Accounting Policy และ Internal Control ของฝ่ายบัญชี เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงทางการเงิน
11. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการบัญชีอย่างน้อย 5 - 7 ปี
- มีใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ทำบัญชี (CPD) ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย หากมีขึ้นทะเบียน CPA จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี/ระบบ ERP ได้เป็นอย่างดี และใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ในระดับสูง
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการทีมงาน และมีทักษะการประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอกรวมถึงหน่วยงานราชการ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และมีทักษะการสื่อสารเพื่อปรับปรุงระบบงานภายในที
