Responsibilities
- บันทึกข้อมูลการจัดส่งสินค้าประจำวันลงในระบบ
- จัดทำเอกสารและบิลการจัดส่งสินค้าให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- ประสานงานกับพนักงานขับรถและคลังสินค้าเกี่ยวกับการจัดส่ง
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการจัดส่งและรับคืนสินค้า
- จัดเก็บเอกสารและข้อมูลการจัดส่งให้เป็นระเบียบ
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ปวช. หรือ ปวส. ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการจัดส่ง 1-3 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งาน Microsoft Office ขั้นพื้นฐาน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการจัดทำเอกสารและบันทึกข้อมูล
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (จันทร์-เสาร์) ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจขนส่งจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
