Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์กระบวนการผลิต ขั้นตอนการทำงาน กำลังการผลิต และประสิทธิภาพของไลน์ผลิต เพื่อหาแนวทางปรับปรุงให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- สนับสนุนผู้บริหารในการติดตามแผนการผลิต ปัญหาหน้างาน และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการทำงานภายในโรงงาน
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- ดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต พร้อมติดตามและสรุปผลตัวชี้วัด
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต, วิศวกรรม, คลังสินค้า, จัดซื้อ, QA/QC และหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของโรงงาน
- สนับสนุนการวางแผนกำลังคน เครื่องจักร และทรัพยากรที่ใช้ในการผลิตให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณงาน
- จัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และนำเสนอผลการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Industrial Engineering, Production Improvement หรือ Process Improvement ในโรงงานอย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต จัดทำรายงาน และนำเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานได้
- มีความรู้ในการประยุกต์ใช้ Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Time Study, Line Balancing, Productivity Improvement หรือ Cost Reduction
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน การคิดวิเคราะห์ การแก้ไขปัญหา และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานผลิตเครื่องจักร, อุปกรณ์อุตสาหกรรม, ชิ้นส่วนเครื่องกล หรือธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
