Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee assigned product categories to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product information, pricing, product availability, and business activities.
- Prepare and maintain product data, pricing structures, specifications, and sales support materials.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and recommend improvement actions.
- Support sales teams by providing product knowledge, technical information, product applications, and competitive comparisons.
- Plan and coordinate new product launches, including product positioning, pricing, and launch activities.
- Conduct product training for sales teams, customers, and related stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop product communication materials, catalogs, promotional content, and other marketing tools.
- Monitor product performance and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of product-related information in company systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, Merchandising, or related functions.
- Experience in Industrial Products, Air Compressors, Power Tools, Hand Tools, Automotive Equipment, Construction Materials, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product information.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools will be an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
