Responsibilities
- วางแผนและบริหารโฆษณาออนไลน์ผ่าน TikTok, Facebook และ YouTube เพื่อสร้าง Lead และสนับสนุนยอดขาย
- บริหารงบประมาณโฆษณาให้เหมาะสมกับเป้าหมายและเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของ Campaign เช่น CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion และ ROAS พร้อมหาแนวทางปรับปรุงเมื่อผลลัพธ์ไม่เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- วางแผนและทดสอบกลุ่มเป้าหมาย Creative และรูปแบบโฆษณา เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของ Campaign
- วิเคราะห์คุณภาพ Lead และประสานงานกับทีม Sales เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาปรับปรุงการทำ Ads
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Content, Graphic และ Marketing เพื่อพัฒนา Creative ให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละ Platform
- จัดทำ Report วิเคราะห์ Performance และนำเสนอ Insight พร้อมแนวทางพัฒนา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด, Digital Marketing, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Performance Marketing / Paid Ads / Media Buying อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Meta Ads, TikTok Ads และ Google Ads/YouTube Ads
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล วางแผน และแก้ไขปัญหา Campaign ได้ด้วยตนเอง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Lead Generation และการบริหารงบโฆษณา
- มีทักษะด้าน Data Analysis และสามารถใช้ Excel/Google Sheets ได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านสินค้าอุตสาหกรรมหรือธุรกิจ B2B จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
