Responsibilities
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียนหลังการขาย พร้อมประสานทีมช่างและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อวางแผนการเข้าตรวจสอบ ซ่อมแซม และกำหนดตารางเข้าบริการลูกค้า
รับเรื่องเคลมสินค้าและอะไหล่ ให้ถูกต้องตรงตามเงื่อนไขการรับประกัน
- จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น ใบเสนอราคา/ใบสั่งซ่อม/เอกสารเคลมสินค้า ในระบบ
ประสานงานกับทีมคลังสินค้าและทีมจัดส่ง เพื่อติดตามการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ถูกต้องตามกำหนด
นำเสนอสินค้า หรืออะไหล่ทดแทนให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อสนับสนุนยอดขายและสร้างความพึงพอใจ
ติดตามสถานะงานซ่อม งานเคลม และการให้บริการหลังการขาย พร้อมแจ้งความคืบหน้าให้ลูกค้าทราบ
บันทึกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้า ประวัติการขาย และประวัติการเคลม พร้อมจัดทำรายงานยอดขายอะไหล่และผลการให้บริการ
Qualifications
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service, Customer Support หรือ Sales Coordinator อย่างน้อย 3 - 5 ปี
มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการเจรจาเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) และสามารถรับมือกับลูกค้าที่มีข้อร้องเรียนได้ดี
สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้ดี
สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานและติดตามงานหลายรายการพร้อมกันได้
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และมีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับสินค้าเครื่องมือช่าง เครื่องอัดลม หรือเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
