Responsibilities
Reporting to deputy CEO. To proactively plan marketing strategies and develop marketing communication plan to meet business objectives. Work closely with sales, product team and external strategic technology vendors.
Responsibilities
• Actively monitoring and analyzing market trends
• Studying competitors' products and services
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and implement best practices for safeguarding customer databases.
• Prepare marketing budget and plan for management approval
• Develop marketing activities plan and coordinate with internal stakeholder and 3rd party vendors for marketing activities, online and offline
• Work closely with strategic vendors to develop content marketing to target market
• Develop customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement and improvement program
• Develop corporate identity and measurement metrics
• Integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Prerequisites:
• Experience B2B marketing, research tools, digital marketing
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business analyst or corporate strategy
• Experience in statistics or data-related program from previous work
Preferred:
• Hands-on experience project managing an initiative from start to finish
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and a strong communicator
• Passionate about finding creative solutions to problems
• Work well under pressure and is result-oriented
• Good command of English is a must
