2. จบปริญญาตรี สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์/บริหารธุรกิจ/หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการสรรหาว่าจ้าง-งานทรัพยากรบุคคลไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
4. มีความรู้เรื่องระเบียบการบริหารค่าจ้าง และสวัสดิการของบริษัท
5. มีความรู้เรื่องการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย และเงื่อนไขการรับวางบิลและการเบิก - จ่ายเงินสดย่อย
6. มีทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน
