เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ(Sales Center Officer) - Charoensin Group

• บันทึก แก้ไข และตรวจสอบข้อมูลลูกค้าและสินค้าในระบบฐานข้อมูล (Exact) ให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
• ดำเนินการเปิดลูกค้าใหม่ รวมถึงปรับปรุงข้อมูลลูกค้าเดิมในระบบ
• จัดทำข้อมูลประมาณการยอดขาย (Forecast) และรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานภายในองค์กรกับฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายบัญชี และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน
• ติดตามและประสานงานงานเร่งด่วนตามความจำเป็น
• จัดทำสรุปรายงานการเปิดลูกค้าใหม่ประจำเดือน
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
• วุฒิ ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
• มีใจรักงานบริการ และมีทักษะการประสานงาน
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ดี
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ทำงานวันจันทร์ - ศุกร์
