Responsibilities
- วางแผนและดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) สำหรับระบบไฟฟ้าและเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และซ่อมแซมปัญหาด้านระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบ Automation และระบบควบคุม
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุการขัดข้องของเครื่องจักร และดำเนินการแก้ไขเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาซ้ำ
- สนับสนุนงานบำรุงรักษา PLC, ระบบควบคุมมอเตอร์, Inverter และระบบ Instrumentation
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรพร้อมใช้งานและมีประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามระบบสาธารณูปโภค (Utility Systems) รวมถึงสนับสนุนโครงการประหยัดพลังงาน
- ตรวจสอบให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย มาตรฐานทางไฟฟ้า และนโยบายของบริษัท
- มีส่วนร่วมในโครงการปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรและโครงการ Continuous Improvement เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุง ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบ Automation หรือสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- มีความรู้ด้าน ระบบไฟฟ้า, Motor Control, PLC และเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเขียนโปรแกรมและแก้ไขปัญหา PLC เช่น Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron เป็นต้น
- มีความรู้ด้าน AutoCAD, SolidWorks หรือโปรแกรมออกแบบระบบไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน PM / CMMS
- สามารถทำงานกะกลางคืนได้
