R&D Engineer - Thai Optical Group Public Company Limited

• Develop and improve products in line with business and customer requirements.
• Conduct product trials, testing, and data analysis.
• Prepare technical reports and present development results.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and external suppliers.
• Perform competitor benchmarking and market research.
• Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure products meet quality, safety, and production requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in R&D, Product Development, or Manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems, GMP, ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
