Senior Procurement Officer - Thai Optical Group Public Company Limited

• Manage procurement activities for CAPEX projects, machinery, equipment, construction, and engineering services.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, conduct bid comparisons, and support supplier selection.
• Manage contracts, delivery schedules, project costs, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor CAPEX spending, ensure policy compliance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Project Procurement, Engineering Procurement, or CAPEX Procurement
• Experience in machinery, equipment, construction, or engineering procurement
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
• ERP/SAP knowledge preferred
• Good command of English
