Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, overtime payments, allowances, deductions, and other compensation transactions accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain and verify employee attendance, leave, overtime, and Time Attendance records.
• Administer employee benefits, including Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, health insurance, and other welfare programs.
• Prepare payroll-related reports, documentation, and HR data reports.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and external service providers to ensure accurate payroll transactions.
• Utilize AI and digital tools to improve payroll accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Support HR digitalization initiatives, including HRIS, payroll systems, automation projects, and data analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and reduce manual work through technology and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll administration or related HR operations.
• Knowledge of labor laws, Social Security regulations, personal income tax, and payroll practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with Payroll Systems, Time Attendance Systems, HRIS, or ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or other productivity and data analysis solutions.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Ability to communicate in English.
