Project Engineer (IT Background) - Lantro (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Project Management
  Control and drive project execution to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within the approved budget.

• Technical Verification
  Verify work plans and AutoCAD drawings against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure technical accuracy and resource alignment prior to installation.

• Customer Coordination
  Analyze and resolve technical issues in accordance with client requirements, serving as the primary technical point of contact for client engineers on-site.

• System Maintenance
  Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of installed systems to ensure long-term reliability and  availability.

• Process Compliance
  Adhere strictly to established work processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures in alignment with industry best practices.

• Testing & Commissioning
  Lead on-site testing and commissioning of structured cabling and wireless networks.

• Vendor & Site Supervision
  Supervise subcontractors and in-house personnel to ensure installation standards and safety protocols are upheld at all times.

• Reporting
  Provide timely project status updates and risk reports to the Project Manager, and prepare comprehensive as-built documentation.

• Gender : Male
• Age : 21 - 35
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience(years) : 0–5 years; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive structured on-the-job training
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, Wi-Fi systems is highly advantageous
• Mobility: Must be available to travel and station at upcountry project sites as required
• Language: Thai nationality; English proficiency for technical reporting and client coordination
• Attributes: Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively in a fieldwork-intensive environment
• System support, desktop support, AV system or CCTV system any of the system background.
