Responsibilities
• Support sales to maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Create reports and documents according to instructions given by Head, Business Development Manager
• Coordinate and Attend conferences, meetings
• Take minutes
• Develop quotes and proposals
• Update the BD calendar
• Create PowerPoint presentations
• Perform administrative duties
• Keep update on compliance regulations
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
• Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Qualifications
• Age preferably 22 – 30 years
• Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Business Administrator
• 1-2 years of experience in IT assistance or relevant (Newly graduated is warmly welcomed)
• Bilingual (Thai and English) both written and speaking
• Oral and written communication
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Organizational skills
