Responsibilities
- แสวงหาและพัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ในกลุ่มงานโครงการ เช่น องค์กร บริษัทเอกชน หน่วยงานรัฐ สถาปนิก และผู้รับเหมา
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า (Client Requirement) เพื่อเสนอสินค้าและโซลูชันเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่เหมาะสมกับลักษณะโครงการ
- นำเสนอสินค้า ราคา และเงื่อนไขทางการค้า รวมถึงเจรจาต่อรองเพื่อปิดการขายตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ดูแลและบริหารโครงการขายตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนถึงการส่งมอบงานให้แล้วเสร็จตามแผน
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา สัญญา และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขายโครงการ
- ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจและความร่วมมือระยะยาว
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 27-40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- ทัศนคติดี มีใจรักบริการ สามารถสื่อสาร ประสานงานได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงในขายงานโครงการ/เฟอร์นิเจอร์
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและมีใบขับขี่
