Responsibilities
- บริหารยอดขายและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่ม B2B ในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
- ค้นหาและสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ โดยเน้นการขายโครงการเฟอร์นิเจอร์
- นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชันเฟอร์นิเจอร์ให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับทีมออกแบบและฝ่ายปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าโครงการส่งมอบได้ตามกำหนด
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา สัญญา และติดตามกระบวนการขายจนปิดการขาย
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขายและจัดทำรายงานเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
- ติดตามสถานการณ์ตลาดและคู่แข่งในอุตสาหกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย B2B หรือ Project Sales รวม 3-10 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในอุตสาหกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์หรือวัสดุตกแต่งภายใน
- ทักษะการนำเสนอและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
- สามารถเดินทางเพื่อปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก, ภาคกลาง หรือภาคเหนือ
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- หากมีฐานลูกค้าในกลุ่มอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือรับเหมา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
