Human Resources Manager - Rockworth Public Co., Ltd.

• Act as a Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP), providing strategic advice to executives and business leaders by translating business strategies into people strategies and workforce priorities. Analyze people-related risks and their potential business impact, and recommend practical solutions.

• Evaluate the ROI and business impact of HR programs and people initiatives by developing business cases and conducting cost-benefit analyses for HR investments. Connect HR metrics with business metrics to track outcomes and continuously improve business impact.

• Lead Workforce Planning and Analysis to support business growth, including workforce productivity, organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, and organizational change initiatives.

• Lead and manage Talent Management and Succession Planning to build the leadership pipeline, career paths, IDPs, and critical capabilities. Evaluate training investments based on capability impact and business ROI.

• Oversee effective and compliant HR Operations, covering Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations. Provide advice on labor law and people-related matters.

• Drive Employee Engagement and Employee Experience by analyzing employee data and feedback to develop measurable action plans. Foster organizational culture and Ways of Working that support business performance.

• Leverage People Analytics and HR Dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and enable data-driven HR decision-making. Drive HR Digitalization, Process Improvement, and the adoption of Technology, AI, and Automation to improve HR efficiency and Employee Experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

• 8–10+ years of HR experience, with proven experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Manager.

• Experience working in a complex business environment with a strong commercial and results-oriented focus.

• Strong HR Business Partnering capability, with the ability to effectively partner with and influence business leaders.

• Strong understanding of business models, revenue, cost structures, and productivity improvement.

• Proven ability to calculate and present ROI and business impact of HR initiatives.

• Experience in Workforce Planning, Organization Design, and workforce productivity improvement.

• Strong ability to leverage HR Analytics and people data to support business decision-making.

• Experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Change Management.

• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Thai Labor Law.

• Excellent Consulting, Influencing, Stakeholder Management, and Executive Communication skills.

• Ability to constructively challenge business decisions and translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations.

• Commercial-minded, analytical, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong execution capability.

• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to participate in meetings, present business cases, and communicate effectively with executives and international stakeholders.
