Own Delivery & Transportation

• Plan delivery capacity, vehicles, routes, and schedules to support our projects and installation plans.
• Make sure deliveries run smoothly and step in when things don't go according to plan.
• Balance service, capacity, and transportation costs.

Keep Materials & Equipment Moving

• Oversee the movement of products, materials, tools, and equipment from Warehouse → Delivery → Installation → Return.
• Keep loading, delivery, handover, and return processes accurate and well controlled.
• Investigate and reduce damage, loss, discrepancies, and unnecessary costs.

Manage Export Operations

• Oversee export shipments and documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and international stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot shipment issues and keep things moving when challenges arise.

🔧 Keep Fleet and Operations Ready

• Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Identify recurring problems and put practical solutions in place.
• Look for ways to improve efficiency and reliability.

Work Across the Business

• Partner with Sales, Project/Installation, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and other teams.
• Be the go-to person for delivery and transportation matters.
• Turn operational data into useful insights and recommendations for management.
