Responsibilities
Office Supplies & Equipment: Manage the procurement of all office consumables (stationery, pantry supplies) and hardware (furniture, computers, printers).
Tendering & Bidding: Conduct transparent bidding processes for high-value office renovations or equipment upgrades, ensuring compliance with internal audit requirements.
Cost Management: Analyze office spending patterns to identify opportunities for bulk purchasing and cost reduction without compromising quality.
Facility Management: Supervise the maintenance of office buildings, utilities, and workspace environments to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Asset Management: Oversee the company’s fixed asset register for office equipment, including tracking, maintenance, and insurance renewals.
Third-Party Services: Manage outsourced service providers, including security, cleaning, and corporate transportation/fleet management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10–25 years of experience in procurement and admin functions, with at least 3–5 years in a management role.
Experience within a Public Listed Company is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or SAP).
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
Soft Skills: High level of integrity, exceptional negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset.
Language: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is essential for reporting and contract review.

Loxley Public Company Limited has operated its business for over 87 years. It was founded on 15 January 1939 under the name Loxley Rice Company (Bangkok) Limited. Initially, the Company's main activities were exports of agricultural products of Thailand, including rice and timbers

In 1957, the Company's name was changed to Loxley (Bangkok) Company Limited and expanded its export businesses as well as distribution of foreign products including industrial products and advanced technology products.
