Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านงานธุรการแก่ทีมขาย เช่น การตลาด (MKT), การจัดทำใบเสนอราคาอย่างถูกต้อง, การบันทึกการจอง และเอกสารต่าง ๆ
- จัดเตรียมและดูแลเอกสารการขาย สัญญา และข้อมูลลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับที่ปรึกษาการขายเพื่อให้การดำเนินการสั่งซื้อและการส่งมอบเป็นไปตามกำหนด
- ดูแลและอัปเดตฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าและระบบ CRM
- ช่วยจัดตารางการทดลองขับ นัดหมาย และติดตามผล
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการตลาดและโปรโมชั่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย
- จัดทำและส่งรายงานการขายและข้อมูลผลการดำเนินงาน
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของบริษัท
- รับเรื่องสอบถามจากลูกค้าและให้การสนับสนุนด้านงานธุรการตามความจำเป็น
Qualifications
- วุฒิประกาศนียบัตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง หรือปริญญาตรี
- มีทักษะในการจัดการและสามารถทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ Microsoft Office และซอฟต์แวร์ CRM
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- ใส่ใจในรายละเอียดและความถูกต้องของเอกสาร
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการหรือสนับสนุนงานขายจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีเป้าหมายในการทำงานและมีแรงจูงใจในตัวเอง
- สามารถทำงานวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์และมีเวลาทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่น
- สามารถขับรถยนต์และมีใบขับขี่
