Responsibilities
• Consolidate Marketing & Sales expenses, including Fixed Marketing Investment (FMI) and Variable Marketing Expense (VME).
• Consolidate and manage FMI data from Marketing & Sales functions for Business Plan (BP), Forecast, and Actual results on a timely basis.
• Support Variable Marketing Expense (VME) data preparation and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of FMI and VME actual accruals and perform reconciliation.
• Generate actual expense reports and Marketing & Sales expense reports.
• Conduct expense and profit analysis and provide analytical feedback to the Sales & Marketing community, related functions, and management.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
• Assist colleagues with administrative data preparation and support ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English communication is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
