Responsibilities
Scope
This role is expected to perform processing and verifying invoices, ensure timely payments, and correct tax regulations, reconcile account balances and ensure every activity complies with financial policies and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing invoices - receiving, verifying, and coding invoices from suppliers
- Ensuring timely payments made - paying invoices according to agreed upon terms and payment schedules
- Ensuring payment is correct and complies with tax regulations
- Ensuring works are compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Supporting both internal and external audits
- Supporting special projects
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in Accounting
- Good command of English
- Good experience in using Microsoft Office e.g Excel, Word, Outlook
