Job Scope

Responsible for supporting the vehicle registration and tax renewal process by coordinating documentation, assisting customers, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of registration-related activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle tax renewal processes to ensure timely completion
• Prepare and send renewal reminders via letters and SMS
• Coordinate with external parties (e.g., TISCO ) for tax and insurance renewals
• Distribute tax documents and update records in the system accurately
• Record payments and maintain accurate transaction data
• Prepare monthly reports and verify vendor billing for payment processing
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries related to tax renewal

Qualifications

• Open to internal employees who are interested in registration work
• Experience in registration or related work is an advantage but not required
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Computer literacy especially MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Service-minded with a positive and proactive attitude
• Detail-oriented and able to handle documentation accurately
• Able to work under timelines and manage multiple tasks
