Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and draft standard contract and POA of the company.
- Prepare written reports as assigned.
- Managing and filing a variety of legal documents.
- Provide corporate legal documents and supporting document for corporate legal functions.
- Organize contract files into categories for easy searching, including checking contract age to alert for contract renewal.
- Coordinate with various government agencies involved For example: Department of Business Development, Office of Insurance Commission.
- Create contracts and submit for electronic signature.
- Assist any corporate legal tasks.
- Coordinate with government offices Related.
- Perform duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Aged 23 - 35 years old, Male or Female.
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Law.
- 1 – 2 years working experience in corporate legal function.
- Good personality and communication skills.
- Computer Literacy (MS office & Other standard software).
- Strong English writing skills, particularly in drafting legal and business documents.
