It Security Manager - Asia Sermkij Leasing Public Company Limited

• Define and implement IT security policies and procedures across the organization
• Manage and monitor security systems and tools such as SIEM, EDR, and firewalls
• Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats
• Develop and execute incident response plans and procedures for security breaches
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, including ISO 27001 or PDPA
• Provide security awareness training and education to employees
• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions to enhance protection
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on security-related projects and initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in IT security, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Deep understanding of IT security principles, technologies, and best practices
• Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST
• Proficiency in managing security tools like SIEM, EDR, and firewalls
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong decision-making ability
• Ability to communicate and present complex security information clearly
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
