Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze organizational networks for security breaches and investigate incidents promptly.

• Lead risk management activities and ensure compliance with security policies and frameworks.

• Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s cyber security strategy and incident response plan.

• Develop and enforce security standards and best practices across the organization.

• Direct installation and configuration of security tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, data encryption) to protect sensitive information.

• Recommend security enhancements and improvements based on risk assessments.

• Coordinate with IT teams and end-users to ensure proper implementation of security measures.

• Conduct periodic IT security audits and ensure readiness for compliance certifications.

Qualifications

• Male, age between 30 - 35 years

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or similar Engineering discipline or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security fields Strong application and security architecture knowledge

• Understand IT security threats and their protection options

• Understand network topology, and network security concept

• Understand IT security risk assessment and management concepts

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle in a large enterprise environment

• Hands-on experience as a security practitioner, implementing a variety of solutions across multiple disciplines

• Experience architecting solutions with a concentrated focus on security

• Experience with commercial and open source security applications and technologies (e.g. malware prevention, DLP, IDS/IPS, cryptography, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, authentication and authorization)

• Experience with security aspects of mobile applications, and cloud-based products.

• Knowledge and understanding across a wide breadth of technology domains, with the ability to quickly assimilate the inter-relationships various disciplines Strong analytical skills with the ability to parse requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls
