Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations of the OA Legal Team, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, standards, and strategic objectives.
- Oversee litigation and enforcement activities, including establishing operational guidelines, monitoring case progress, resolving issues, and ensuring effective, legally compliant case management.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of legal operations while identifying and mitigating legal and operational risks related to litigation and enforcement matters.
- Evaluate the performance of the OA Legal Team by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing operational results, and preparing performance reports and management updates for senior leadership.
- Provide legal advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders and support management in legal decision-making on business and operational matters.
- Develop and improve legal processes and operational procedures to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Male, Age 40-50 Years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or higher
- Minimum 10 years of experience in litigation, property investigation, and legal execution
- Possession of a Lawyer License
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including strong presentation skills
- Ability to drive a car
