Web Application Programmer Supervisor (Chinese Communication Required) - Asia Sermkij Leasing Public Company Limited

• Oversee and develop all organizational web applications, ensuring efficiency and security
• Analyze business requirements and design appropriate technical solutions
• Coordinate closely with the parent company in Taiwan to understand technical specifications and roadmaps
• Supervise the testing and debugging processes for system integrity
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior programmer team members
• Prepare system documentation and development guidelines
• Monitor new technologies and apply them to continuously improve existing systems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in web application development
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written
• In-depth understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, PHP, or Node.js, and related frameworks
• Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Ability to resolve complex technical challenges effectively
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
