Responsibilities
- Manage and administrate overall Human Resources job functions and department activities.
- Responsible for handling overall recruitment function
- Establish staff development program according to company strategy and objective.
- Develop, implement, and monitor development and training program within the company.
- Manage, and maintain compensation and benefits policy to ensure its associate organization’s objectives and comply with, compete against the market in the same business sector.
- Manage and prepare periodic reports for management team as necessary or requested to track strategic goal accomplishment.
- Prepare department budget and monitoring within Human Resources Department.
GA
• Well organize and facilitate general administration work to provide effective and efficient support to the operation of the company.
• Facilitate good working and proper working environment.
• Manage, monitor, negotiate and cooperate with landlord for the preparation and renewal of premise lease (rental) agreement of office space including office repair, maintenance, re-layout, renovation and decoration.
• Manage, monitor and control purchasing process.
• Manage and proper control to acquire or dispose the company assets, especially for company cars and fixed assets.
• Timely manage and control all insurance renewal of property and company assets.
• Timely manage and control all services and contracts that will be provided by suppliers.
• Manage and control all related risk management, especially for business continuity planning and compliance management of general administration functions.
• Liaise with oversea HR and GA department for information as required.
• Provide other administrative support as necessary.
Qualifications
- Thai male or female age more than 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related fields.
- At least 10 years working experience in a Human Resources & General Affair function.
- Conceptual skills, interpersonal skills, result oriented
- Communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good Computer operating skills in MS Office.
- A must to communicate in English and good command of Chinese is a plus.
