Responsibilities
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกหนี้ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์หรือการแจ้งเตือนต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับบัญชีหรือยอดค้างชำระ ตามพอร์ตงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย พร้อมทั้งเจรจาและเสนอเงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน รวมถึงทางเลือกในการปรับโครงสร้างหนี้ให้กับลูกหนี้ โดยเป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท
- อธิบายยอดค้างชำระ เงื่อนไข ผลกระทบจากการไม่ชำระเงิน และข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ลูกหนี้เข้าใจอย่างชัดเจน
- จัดทำและบันทึกข้อมูลการติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้า สถานะบัญชี และผลการเจรจาในระบบให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ
Qualifications
1. ชายหรือหญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีลสาขานิติศาสตร์ บริการธุรกิจ การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-3 ปี ด้านเจรจาติดตามหนี้ทางโทรศัพท์
4. มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
5. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center งานบริการลูกค้า งานเร่งรัดหนี้ทางโทรศัพท์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
6. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเรื่องพรบ.ทวงถามหนี้
