Responsibilities
- เรียนรู้และสนับสนุนกระบวนการสรรหา (Recruitment Process) เพื่อดึงดูดผู้สมัครที่มีศักยภาพ
- ร่วมวางแผนกับพี่ ๆ ทีม HR และจัดทำคอนเทนต์ด้าน Recruitment Marketing และ Employer Branding
- จัดทำ Content Calendar และสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ในการรับสมัครงาน
- เรียนรู้การใช้ AI Tools เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตคอนเทนต์และการสื่อสารด้านการสรรหา
- เรียนรู้และสนับสนุนกิจกรรม Recruitment Campaigns ต่าง ๆ
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของคอนเทนต์ เพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการดึงดูดผู้สมัคร
Qualifications
- กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 4 ทุกสาขา
- สนใจเรียนรู้งานด้าน Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing หรือ Employer Branding
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และมีความสนใจด้านการถ่ายภาพ, ถ่ายวิดีโอ, ตัดต่อ Content
- เข้าใจ Social Media และอัปเดตเทรนด์ใหม่ ๆ อยู่เสมอ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมตัดต่อ เช่น CapCut, DaVinci Resolve หรือโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และ AI Tools เบื้องต้นได้
- กล้าแสดงออก มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- รับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
