Responsibilities
Commercial related Management
• Provide advice, strategic guidance and support to the business on a board range of laws including general corporate and commercial, employment, competition, Privacy, anti-corruption, Treasury.
• Draft, review, analyze and negotiate agreements in term of company’s business to avoid risks.
• to prepare the minute of meeting, held and/or support the BOD, AGM and EGM (by request)
• Control Contract Management system and Compliance system
• Coordinate with Head Quarter and Regional Head Quarter of Legal and Compliance
• Having good perspective in law and good legal advice support the business of the company including having legal sensing in order to monitor and focus for the integrity manner due to prevent the misconduct
• Perform any ad hoc relevant business operation
Legal Management
• Manage, conducting pre- litigation process, collect and analyze
• Manage legal research on the dispute issues
• Coordinating managing monitoring with external counsels for the litigation cases
and attending court procedures if required.
Compliance Management
• Management Compliance program including update and implement business policies to ensure compliance with Thai Law
• Monitoring legal developments and trends
• Prevent Monitor and focus risk which may occur due to the operation of company for the integrity manner due to prevent the misconduct
• internal investigation related to business operations such as Fraud investigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in law (Barrister at Law is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Legal, Compliance field both of Litigation and Corporation in manufactory or Law firm.
- Expertise in corporate law, foreign business law, domestic and international trade and commercial business.
- Good command in English.
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation and communication skills
- Able to handle multi tasks with attention to the details and work under pressure.
- Problem solving, leadership and presentation skills.
- Willing to learn new things, can-do attitude.
- Self-disciplined
Special Skills:
- Have legal knowledge or risk management will be advantage.
- Have Privacy and internal audit experiences will be advantage.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
