Responsibilities
1 กำหนดและวางแผนการดำเนินงาน เพื่อติดตามและตรวจสอบผลการดำเนินงานของแต่ละหน่วยงานให้สอดคล้องตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9001
2 ทบทวนและปรับปรุงเอกสารที่แผนกรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงาน และประชาสัมพันธ์การเปลี่ยนแปลง
3 ให้คำแนะนำและข้อเสนอแนะด้านระบบบริหารงานมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 ให้แต่ละหน่วยงานขององค์กร ให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9001
4 ตรวจสอบและให้คำแนะนำในการดำเนินการแก้ไขเอกสารประเภท Regulation และ WI ก่อนดำเนินการด้านระบบการควบคุมเอกสาร
5 ตรวจสอบและติดตามการดำเนินงานด้านระบบในโปรแกรมที่สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานของมาตรฐาน ISO ได้แก่ CAR , Customer Complain และอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
6 ร่วมวางแผนและเสนอแนะในการกิจกรรมเพิ่มความพึงพอใจของแต่ละหน่วยงานที่มีต่อระบบมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 และการให้บริการของแผนก QMD
7 เป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้ในหลักสูตรที่มีความจำเป็นต่อระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ ISO 9001 ได้แก่ การควบคุมเอกสารและบันทึกข้อมูล , ความรู้เบื้องต้นของมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 , Awareness ISO 9001 เป็นต้น
8 บำรุงรักษาและตรวจสอบระบบเอกสารให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ
Qualifications
1 ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
2 มีทักษะด้านการประสานงาน
3 สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
4 ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาระดับปานกลาง
5 สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระโดยมีการควบคุมดูแล
6 มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจสอบภายในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
7 หากมีความรู้มาตรฐานสากล / มาตรฐานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจจิวเวลรี่ เช่น ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001,RJC, BSCI หรือ SMETA จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
