Responsibilities
- ดูแลและบริหารจัดการงานบัญชีทั้งหมด ได้แก่ บัญชีทั่วไป (GL), บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP), บัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) และสินทรัพย์ถาวร
- บริหารจัดการและวิเคราะห์บัญชีต้นทุนการผลิตให้ถูกต้องตามหลักการบัญชี
- วางแผน จัดทำ และควบคุมงบประมาณประจำปีของบริษัท
- จัดทำงบการเงินและรายงานทางการเงินต่างๆ เพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมให้การบันทึกบัญชีเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบัญชีและข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบงานบัญชี รวมถึงขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- กำกับดูแลและให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมงานบัญชี
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบัญชีรวม 5-10 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์ในระดับบริหารจัดการ
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านบัญชีต้นทุนและงบประมาณอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในหลักการบัญชี มาตรฐานบัญชี และกฎหมายภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์จากธุรกิจภาคการผลิต (Manufacturing) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินและการนำเสนอรายงานได้ชัดเจน
- ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการทีมงานบัญชี
- หากมีใบอนุญาตผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาต (CPA) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
