Responsibilities
1. ออกแบบเครื่องประดับตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
2. ออกแบบคอลเลกชันเครื่องประดับของบริษัทตาม Season (6–8 คอลเลกชันต่อปี)
3. จัดเตรียมงานออกบูธ Jewelry Fair และงานแสดงสินค้าตามแผนประจำปี
4. ประสานงานร่วมกับฝ่ายขาย (Sales) และฝ่ายพัฒนาตัวอย่าง (R&D) เพื่อพัฒนาสินค้าให้ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
5. นำเสนอไอเดียการออกแบบใหม่ ๆ ที่สอดคล้องกับ Fashion Trend และตลาด
6. ปรับแก้แบบตาม Feedback จากลูกค้าและทีมงาน
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการออกแบบเครื่องประดับ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมออกแบบเครื่องประดับอย่างน้อย 1 ปี (ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่)
3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบ เช่น Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Illustrator
4. หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรม 3D เช่น Matrix, Rhino หรือโปรแกรม 3D Jewelry อื่น ๆ ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5. มีความรู้และติดตาม Fashion Trend รวมถึง Innovation ด้านการออกแบบอยู่เสมอ
6. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และสามารถพัฒนาไอเดียใหม่ ๆ ได้
7. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและระยะเวลาที่จำกัดได้
