Responsibilities
1 ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนงานซ่อมบำรุงและการผลิตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
2 ติดต่อ ประสานงาน และติดตามงานจาก Subcontractor เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
3 ควบคุมและดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในกรณีฉุกเฉิน เพื่อป้องกันการหยุดชะงักของการผลิต
4 วางแผน ควบคุม และตรวจสอบการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรตามแผน Preventive Maintenance
5 ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาระบบไฟฟ้าภายในโรงงานเป็นประจำทุกเดือน
6 ตรวจเช็คผลการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรประจำเดือน และตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของเครื่องจักรประจำวัน
7 ตรวจสอบระบบ CCTV และข้อมูลการบันทึกภาพ เพื่อความปลอดภัยของพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน
8 จัดเตรียมและควบคุมสต็อกอะไหล่และเครื่องมือซ่อมบำรุงให้พร้อมใช้งาน
9 ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาเครื่องจักรให้มีประสิทธิภาพและทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ
10 ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัทฯ
11 สอนงาน ให้คำแนะนำ และพัฒนาทักษะของทีมงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Coaching & Consulting)
12 ควบคุมและตรวจสอบข้อมูล KPI ของแผนก พร้อมพัฒนาและปรับปรุงเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
13 ปฏิบัติงานตามกฎระเบียบ เป้าหมาย และนโยบายคุณภาพของบริษัทฯ อย่างเคร่งครัด
14 เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพ
Qualifications
1 วุฒิปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต (วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2 มีประสบการณ์ด้านการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรหรือระบบไฟฟ้า อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
3 มีความรู้ด้าน Preventive Maintenance / TPM / Machine Improvement จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4 มีความรู้ด้านระบบ ISO 9001 / 50001
5 โปรแกรมเขียนแบบ AutoCad / Visio / Solidwork
6 สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
7 มีทักษะในการบริหารทีมงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
8 สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี มีภาวะผู้นำ และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
