Responsibilities
1. Reading English contracts (such as NDA, Vendor Agreements, Supply Agreements) and summarizing the main points of each clause.
2. Reading compliance documents/requirements (Such as the RJC Code of Practice) and summarizing the main points of each paragraph.
3. Communicate with different departments regarding the contract summary.
4. Ensuring that the relevant departments understand their responsibility according to the contract requirements.
5. Communicate with the legal team to initiate any necessary contract amendments.
6. Be responsible for contracts to be signed on time.
7. Organizing contracts according to customers, types, dates, for easier access.
8. Keep track of contract effective dates and expiration dates to ensure a smooth transition.
9. Proofread translated contracts and compliance documents (English vs. Thai).
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Law International Business Law (English program)
2. Excellent English and Thai reading and comprehension skills
3. Great understanding of legal jargon and contract structure of corporate agreements
4. Detail oriented and able to catch mistakes or adverse risks in legal contracts
5. Able to understand and summarize main points of contracts, to simplify its meaning for other departments
