Responsibilities
1. สรรหาพนักงานรายวันและช่างเทคนิคตามแผนความต้องการของบริษัท
2. จัดทำเอกสารของแรงงานต่างชาติต่างด้าวตรงตามเวลา ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
3. บันทึกข้อมูลการนำเข้าและดำเนินเอกสารของต่างชาติ/ต่างด้าวให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
4. รับเรื่องการติดต่อประสานงานจากส่วนงานภายนอกและภายในบริษัท
5. ควบคุม ดูแล เอกสารตามระบบมาตรฐานต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท
6. ปฏิบัติงานตามกฏระเบียบ เป้าหมายและนโยบายคุณภาพของบริษัท ฯ อย่างเคร่งครัด
Qualifications
1. ปริญญาตรี การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์สรรหาบุคลากร 1 ปีขึ้นไป
3. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวก
4. ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และระยะเวลาที่จำกัดได้
5. บริหารจัดการตัวเองได้ดี สามารถทำงานหลายอย่างในเวลาเดียวกันได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
6. มีความรับผิดชอบและความละเอียดในการทำงาน มีความกระตือรือร้นและพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
7. มีความสามารถในการใช้ MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
