2. สำเร็จการศึกษาขั้นต่ำปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล
3. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Chief Engineer จากโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว และอาคารสำนักงานสูง (หรือโรงแรมที่มีห้องไม่น้อยกว่า 300 ห้อง) โดยมีประสบการณ์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
4. พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีมาก
5. มีความรู้ความสามารถทางด้าน Computer, Program Microsoft และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมต่างๆ ด้านงานวิศวกรรมได้
6. มีความรู้ความสามรถทางด้านบริหารงานระบบ งานซ่อมบำรุงอาคารสูงทั้ง Operation และ Preventive Maintenance ระบบไฟฟ้าสำหรับอาคารสูงระบบ AirCondition และ/ หรือ Chiller
