Responsibilities
- วางแผนและจัดทำตารางการซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) สำหรับเครื่องจักรและระบบต่างๆ
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของทีมช่างในการติดตั้ง ซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร
- จัดการและประเมินผลการซ่อมบำรุง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเครื่องจักรทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อลดผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินงาน
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการซ่อมบำรุงและปัญหาที่พบ เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
- ควบคุมดูแลสต็อกอะไหล่และเครื่องมือที่จำเป็นสำหรับการซ่อมบำรุง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม 2-5 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล และระบบควบคุมอัตโนมัติ
- ทักษะการบริหารจัดการทีมช่างและการวางแผนงาน
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและตัดสินใจแก้ไขได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพื้นที่ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
