3. มีประสบการณ์ในสายอาชีพด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ โรงแรม คอนโดมิเนียม และสถานศึกษา จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

4. มีความเชี่ยวชาญเทคนิคเฉพาะทางสูง ผสมผสานกับภาวะผู้นำ (Leadership)

5. ทักษะการจัดการคน งบประมาณ และการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยมเพื่อบริหารทีมงาน
