Responsibilities
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรายรับและลูกหนี้ของบริษัท
- บันทึกรายการลูกหนี้และกระทบยอดบัญชีลูกหนี้กับรายงานธนาคาร
- ติดตามและประสานงานการเรียกเก็บหนี้กับลูกค้าตามกำหนด
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดลูกหนี้คงค้างและวิเคราะห์อายุลูกหนี้
- เตรียมข้อมูลและจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ 0-5 ปี ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่
- มีความเข้าใจในหลักการบัญชีและมาตรฐานการบัญชีพื้นฐาน
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชีและ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถบริหารจัดการงานได้ตามกำหนดเวลา
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
