• บันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และรายการค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ของบริษัท
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปเจ้าหนี้คงค้างและรายงานการจ่ายเงินตามรอบ
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีเจ้าหนี้
• จัดเก็บและดูแลเอกสารทางบัญชีให้เป็นระเบียบและพร้อมตรวจสอบ
• เตรียมข้อมูลและรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีเจ้าหนี้

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ 0-5 ปี (ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่)
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการบัญชีและมาตรฐานการบัญชี
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปและ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้กำหนดเวลาได้
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในการลงลายมือชื่อผู้ทำบัญชี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
