• เร่งยอดขายโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ประเภทอาคารสำนักงานและคอนโดมิเนียมให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
• พัฒนากลยุทธ์การขายและวางแผนกิจกรรมทางการตลาดเพื่อเข้าถึงกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
• บริหารจัดการกระบวนการขายตั้งแต่การหาลูกค้าใหม่ การนำเสนอโครงการ ไปจนถึงการปิดการขาย
• ประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมการตลาดและทีมพัฒนาโครงการเพื่อสนับสนุนการขาย
• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า รวมถึงตัวแทนขายและพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขายและจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
• ติดตามแนวโน้มตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์และกิจกรรมของคู่แข่งอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

• ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาการตลาด การบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ 3-10 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์ขายโครงการอาคารสำนักงานหรือคอนโดมิเนียม
• มีประวัติการทำงานที่พิสูจน์ได้ในการบรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
• ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการนำเสนอที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
• ความสามารถในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
• ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมขาย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
