• ประสานงานและกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยและแม่บ้าน
• ตรวจสอบและดูแลความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ส่วนกลางและอาคาร
• จัดการและประสานงานบริการด้านการกำจัดแมลงและดูแลภูมิทัศน์
• รับแจ้งและประสานงานการซ่อมบำรุงต่างๆ จากผู้พักอาศัยหรือผู้ใช้อาคาร
• จัดทำบันทึกและรายงานกิจกรรมการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน

• เพศชาย อายุ 25-35 ปี
• วุฒิประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการหรืองานปฏิบัติการ 0-5 ปี
• มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
• สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้
• มีความเข้าใจในงานบริการและดูแลอาคาร
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานอาคารชุดหรืออสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
