• ประสานงานและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานในสำนักงานประจำวัน
• จัดการและจัดเก็บเอกสารเข้า-ออก รวมถึงข้อมูลต่างๆ อย่างเป็นระบบ
• เตรียมเอกสาร รายงาน และข้อมูลตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยและพร้อมใช้งานของอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• วุฒิประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการหรือปฏิบัติการ 0-5 ปี
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและใส่ใจในรายละเอียดของงาน
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
• ความสามารถในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานและทำงานภายใต้กำหนดเวลา
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในพื้นที่ชลบุรี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
