• ดูแลการจัดเก็บเอกสารและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานให้เป็นระเบียบ
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ
• วางแผนและจัดเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการจัดกิจกรรมขององค์กรหรือโรงเรียน
• ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงข้อมูลการจัดกิจกรรมให้เป็นปัจจุบันและถูกต้อง
• ตอบอีเมลและสื่อสารกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นภาษาอังกฤษในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• วุฒิประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการหรืองานปฏิบัติการ 2-5 ปี
• มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
• ความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น (การอ่านและเขียนอีเมล)
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการงานหลายอย่างได้พร้อมกัน
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในสถานศึกษาหรือองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
